Don't have the sheet here at work, but I made it vs. All ranged and a free action I believe. There is one step beyond that I didn't go, so I'm not positive of the name of the level. I think it is Rank 3.

I'll have to go back and check for certain. Either it costs 3/rank and its rank 5 or 5/rank and is rank 3. Either way I got a point cost of 16 out of it. THIS is the program I've been hoping for since I got the new MnM edition. There are some issues with it still, but I've found it a godsend. I ran one of my characters through it, and was able to tweak the math nicely.

Some things I will need to input manually (like the adds from Force Field to Toughness, and the damage from powers) but that shouldn't hurt a great character sheet. The description block even fit my massive Draken Star history.
