The 10M US mesh is what I was really after as I fly VFR around NYC quite a bit and the palisades along the Hudson have always bothered me a lot as with the default mesh they look really lame as gentle, sloping hills. Now they look like very steep hills.
Not quite the cliffs they are in some areas but close enough that the roads running up the diagonal cuts now obviously wouldn't be run anywhere else. I'm VERY happy with the results anyway.
